Radiation Safety Training for Uranium Use Online
Intended audience
This course is required initially for University personnel who use uranium compounds.
Description
This course teaches radiological fundamentals, regulations and oversight, biological effects of radiation, and the safe use of uranium compounds at the University of Washington, specifically performing contamination surveys, and ordering and disposing of uranium compounds.
