Insurance & Billing

Services obtained at the Employee Health Center are normally provided to insure employee health and welfare and the are provided to meet all requirements and regulations as defined by governmental authorities (OSHA/WSHA).

Normally services provided by the Employee Health Center are at no charge to the employee based upon department/program requirements and needs.

There are however, some cases where further testing may be suggested or required. When further testing is required and referral is made outside of the Employee Health Center, these tests and services are at the expense of the employee and his/her insurance.

If services are provided by the Employee Health Center and these services are not required by the employee's department/program and can be provided by the employee's primary care provider, these services would be at the employee and his/her insurance's expense.
